A beautiful hand carved antique display stand for a piece with an oval base such as a moonflask or a jade carving. The top and apron are carved from a single piece of rosewood (possibly huanghuali?); the four feet are carved separately and attached. It is in very good condition for its age with a warm old patina - it has no damages or repairs. It measures 3 11/16" long across the interior of the rim (suitable for a piece with a base length of 3 11/16" or less) and it is 2 1/16" wide on the interior (suitable for a piece with a base width of 2 1/16" or less). It measures 1 3/8" tall.
